Little Tawkay Meeting With Big Tawkay

We had a dinner appointment with my ex-company boss and colleagues at IMM. My ex-boss and his wife are in town, we would like to have a small gathering for all families before they go back to Germany.

I was so excited because few months already I have not seeing them, we had so many things to update and catch up with each other! Other then this, I was bringing along my little tawkay (boss) to meet up with my big ‘tawkay’ and my colleagues and families too!

We enjoyed the dinner very much. Great that everyone is healthy and doing well! Thank you so much to Mr. Moritz for the wonderful dinner, we were so full with all the yummy food! Nevertheless rather exhausted too! My little tawkay who sitting on a high chair was never keep still, he was non-stop making noise and throwing napkins and spoons on the floor, daddy and mummy really like slaves keep picking them up for him to throw again! sigh………..

Till my little tawkay understand and knows to take instructions, I have to think twice to bring him along to dine out.

Solid Food

My friends’ babies who are about the same age as our Little Darling had started taking solid food after they turned 4 months old. I planned to give our Little Darling solid food only when he was 5 months plus.

Early in the morning on the Valentine’s Day, I cooked porridge with potato as his first solid food lunch. After struggling for half an hour, 2 tablespoons of porridge left half in the bowl and another half either went onto tissue papers or the floor! Seemed like my mission was failed! May be our Little Darling is not ready for solid food! So I decided to delay the solid food program slightly later.

Today I was woke up early to prepare lunch for our Little Darling, I hoped that he is ready for solid food now as he managed to suck juice from orange sacs and swallow some of the orange fibre! Again, I prepared porridge with potato. Hehehe…. Look at his ‘bitter gourd’ face! I don’t know if my feeding skill has problem or the porridge was yuck! Not much went into his stomach there was improvement as compared to the previous try! Doesn’t matter! I will add in some pork or fish into the porridge tomorrow! Guess he will eat more after I changed recipe and he would be able to enjoy solid food very soon! :-)
